DRAWING CLUB - SAMURAI

One of the great things at the Drawing Club is that Bob Kato projects a movie while the model is posing. I try to line myself up so I can see the film right next to the model. I get so inspired to draw cinematic moments using the model - plus, the movie was Yojimbo so I couldn't help but stop and draw some of the amazing compositions that Kurosawa is so well known for. He has such a dynamic way of composing characters in the frame. Anyways, here's my drawings from that evening:
